Meetings with other adventurers

During the planning for Expedition 4×1 we are striving to think of all the details, doing multiple searches in all relevant sources, and there is no better source than the true adventurers who have gone through what we are seeking and are experts on the subject.

We arranged a dinner with Luis Carqueijo, from Trailway Off-Road, he gave us several tips and important information about the needs of an expedition car, besides clarifying many questions we had since the equipment from the car to the specific boundaries by which we will pass trough. Very nice guy!

We met also with Luiz Fraga, from Oficina The Specialist, specialist in off-road cars and who also helped us a lot, clarifying several items on the technical side of a car and lots of tips. Also a very nice person!

After several emails, we personally know the couple Grace Downey and Robert Ager, creators of the project Challenging Your Dreams, in a dinner full of information and amazing stories of their adventures around the world. They answered many questions we had and further boosted our desire to know the unknown! It is from this dinner the picture at the beginning of the post.
